• Contact and account information you give us: name, business email, billing details, account credentials
• Usage information: how you use the Services, operational user counts, browser and device details, IP addresses.
• Content you create or upload in the Services: project files, code, spatial or geospatial data. We only access this to run and support the Services, never to train models or for any other purpose without your consent

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Services

• To provide customer support and respond to you
• To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party marketing.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and support tools, all under agreements that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets. A list of our service providers is available on request at contact@fslabs.ca.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and reputable cloud infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@fslabs.ca.

• California: you can request details of what we've collected, ask us to delete it, or opt out of any sale (we don't sell personal information).

We're based in Canada, so your information may be processed here, in the United States, or wherever our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it's processed.

Our Services aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the current version on our website with the "Last Updated" date above.
